OEM Workflow – NYHS LEATHER
1. Consulting & receiving requests:
We listen and carefully analyze customer needs to provide the most suitable design and manufacturing solutions.
2. Sign contract & approve sample:
NYH draws up a detailed contract, designs and produces a sample for customer approval. Once confirmed, the order will be put into production, with a progress report and a commitment to on-time delivery.
3. Packaging & Delivery:
Products are packaged according to contract standards, customer logo printed on the box if requested (will be agreed in the detailed contract). Transported through reputable units (Viettel Post, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem...) to ensure safety and neatness when reaching customers.
4. After-sales service & warranty:
NYH always accompanies customers after delivery. We support product preservation and fully implement warranty responsibilities according to the contract regarding quality, design and materials.
